IT appearing fran the evidence before the Court that JOSEPH .T. HALL a/k/a
GOSEPH J. HALL has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support as required
by the Final Judgment of this Court entered on the 7th day of November, 1978, and
is, as of this date, March 16, 1979, in arrears $239.50 including Court Costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $239.50 arrearage
by the 1st of April, 1979 as agreed in Open Court, and regular payments of $70.00
each and every month on the 2nd and 17th of the month, plus the statutory Clerk's

I~ fee of $2.00 with each payment. Payments to be made in cash, cashier's check or

money order. If Respondent JOSEPH J. HALL a/k/a GOSEPH J. HALL doe not purge himself

~ of his contempt as provided above, he shall be required upon written affidavit of the

~ Petitioner to serve THIRTY (30) days in the St. Lucie County Jail.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry

of such further orders as may be proper.
