ORDER OF CONTEMPT THIS CAUSE i~'AS iiEARD .tiriarch 9, 1979, upon the Wife's motion for contempt for failure to pay child support, for failure to pay lump sum alimony, and for failure to pay attorney's fees all pursuant to the final judgment entered in this cause November 13, 1978; and the husband, JActiiES DAVID CLASBY, being present in open court in person, and the petitioner also being present in open court in person, and represented by counsel, and upon the taking of testimony in open court, and the court being fully advised in the premises, it is, tizerefore, ADJUDGED that the respondent, JAilES DAVID CLASBY, lS i guilty of willful and direct contempt of this court for failure - to pay petitioner child support payments which are delinquent in the amount of $340, for failure to pay lump sum alimony in the amount of $500, for failure to pay the previously ordered i ~ attorney's fees and costs in the amount of $334.50, and he is adjudged to be in contempt of this court. That as punishment for his contempt, the respondent, JAI•tE:S DAVID CLASBY, shall be confined in the county jail of this county for a period of 30 days.
