In the event that the respondent does not pay the total
payment due, or purge himself of contempt by the above, then the
respondent forthwith is to be confined to the county jail of this
county for the period of thirty days.
IT IS FURTIiER ADJUDGED that in this event an order of
commitment will issue directing that the respondent, JA:^lES D. CLASBY,
be taken into the custody of the sheriff, and that he be
committed to the county jail of St. Lucie County, Florida, for a
period not to exceed thirty days from the date of the order of
cor?unitment, unless he is sooner discharged by due process of law.
IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED that the respondent, JA2~IES DAVIll CLASBY,
pay ico the wife's attorney, RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., P.A., a
reasonable attorney's fee for their representation of the wife in
thi contempt action, said attorney's fee being in the amount of
i x-11 plus court costs in the amount of $7.54. These sums shall

be due in the offices of RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., P.A. within sixty

days of the date of this ordered.
