LARRY W. NEWBERN, Husband,
and
DEBORAH M. NEWBERN, Wife.
TEMPORARY ORDER
This cause having come on to be heard on the 9th day
of March, 1979, upon the Petition of the Wife for temporary
relief and the Court having heard the testimony of the Wife,
and of the Husband, and having the Financial Affidavits of
the Wife and of the Husband in evidence and having considered
the same, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Temporary custody of the minor children of the
parties, WILLIAM E. NEWBERN, PATRICK C. NEWBERN and ANN MARIE
NEWBERN, is hereby awarded to the Wife with reasonable visi-.
e Cation rights reserved unto the Husband.

F 2. Temporary support is hereby awarded to the Wife in
the amount of $20:00 oer week per child, payment of which
shall be made by the Husband to the Clerk of the Court
commencing on the 16th day of March, 1979. In addition, he
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory cost to be
added to each payment to the Clerk. All payments shall be
made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both parties
s are hereby ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
- Order is in effect.
3. The Wife is hereby awarded temporary possession of
the marital home and furnishings located at 1409 South 27th ~

Street, Fort Pierce, Florida. The Husband shall make one-half
of the monthly payment when due for all mortgage payments on
