THIS CAUSE came on for hearing upon the Wife's motion for
contempt and notice of hearing, and upon the taking of testimony
in open court from both parties, and upon the court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is ORDERED:
1. FINDINGS. The court finds that as of Alarch 9, 1979,
the husband is $152 in arrears on his child support payments; is
$80.56 in arrears.on his mortgage payments; and is $194.71 in
arrears on his tax payments, all of which payments he was to pay
pursuant to the final judgment of dissolution of marriage entered
herein.
2. NO t~1ILLFUL CONTEMPT. The court finds that there has been
no willful contempt in this case in that the husband has testified

to his nu;aerous and continuing attempts to find employment. The
court orders the husband to continue said attempts with all
deliberate speed, and i'urther orders the husband to keep records
of all efforts which he makes to gain employment.
3. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS. The husband is ordered to
pay to RICf;ARD D. SNEED, JR., P.A., attorneys for wife, reasonable

attorney's fees in the amount of $75.00 plus court costs in the
amount of $15.00 incurred herein. Said attorney's fees and costs
are due in the office said attorneys within four months of the
date of this order.
