the NWT of Section 32, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying South of the South
right-of-way line of Airport Road, also knownas St. Lucie Boulevard, the boundary
of said parcel being more particularly described as follows: Fran the NE corner of the
W~ of the IVW;i of the IVW;i of Section 32, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, run South
a distance of 40 feet to a point marking the intersection of the South rightofway
line of Airport Road with the East line of the said W~ of the NiV~ of the NW's, said
point being the point of beginning of the parcel herein described; thence run West
along said rightofMray line a distance of 65.95 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave to the South having a radius of 2255.01 feet and a central angle of OS deg.
57 min. 26 sec.; thence nm Westerly along said curve a distance of 234,46 feet;
thence run South on a line parallel with the said East line of the West of the
NW~t of the NWT a distance of 713.85 feet; thence run T.ast 300 feet; thence run North
along the said East line of W~ of the NW~S of the NN'~ a distance of 726 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
