A tract of land lying in the Southwest ~ of the Southeast % of
Section 13, Township 35 South, Range 38 Fast, St. Lucie County,
Floirda, more particularly described as follows:
-Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southwest % of the South-
east ~ of Section 13, Township 35 South, Range 38 East, said point
lying on the center line of Trowbridge Road and being further iden-
tified as lying 25 feet Easterly of a lightwood post bearing North
89 degrees, 23 minutes, 4 seconds West (Trowbridge Road is assumed
to bear North); thence run South along the center line of Trowbridge
Road a distance of 540.51 feet to a point; thence nm N'est a dis-
tance of 30 feet to a point on the Hest right-of-way line of Trow-
bridge Road, said point being the Point of Beginning.
From the Point of Beginning, run South along said right-of-way line
of Trowbridge Road a distance of 159.0 feet to a point; thence run
West a distance of 608.93 feet to a point; thence run North a dis-
tance of 159.0 feet to a point; thence nui East 608.93 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
