AFFIDAVIT

R.U. McLAUGFILIN being duly sworn, depose3 and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
AS90rIATION, INC.. a non profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORP.
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment ceing recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 2065 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and -
unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdivision. for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book _ 300
Page 1461 ,Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 15, Block 161, Unit 12
in the name of: Frederick W . and Ann HOUK
and now held in the name of :William j . and Susan SMITH
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, [have hereunto set my hand and the seal of said
corporation, this 16th day of March 1979
