CONTINENTAL ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO,
a national banking association organized and existing under the laws
of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort-
- gages") being more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortgage
and Security Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor") to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"),
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
• knowledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
h discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said
Mortgages unto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-
~ a~ tain portion of the Premises encumbered by the Mortgages more
~ ~ particularly described as follows:
o ~ That certain Condominium Parcel, being Unit No. 1005, a Condo-
p~"r., minium in accordance with and subject to the covenants, condi-
a tions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that "De-
0 o claration of Condominium for Hutchinson Island Club, a Condo-
° minium" recorded in O.R. Book 254, page 2128, et. sew. , Public
~ ~ Records of said County and all Amendments thereto, including
~ cr an undivided interest in the Common Elements of said Condominium
o as set forth in said Declaration, as amended.
~ This instrument releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien and
~ security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-
a ~ ~ ments of record modifying or supporting said Mortgages.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
sy'~ Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and
3 ~ ~ discharged of and from the lien and security interest of the Mortgages

~ herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the ef-

~ ~ fect, lien, security interest, or encumbrance of the Mortgages on the

° ~ therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
