Satisfaction of Mortgage
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Hoe:;o I.. Logiodiee and
`:argaret L. Logioc~iee, his wife dared August , 7th, 19 73 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in U. R. Book 217 on page
X359 ,securing the payment of the sum of Thirty Seven Thousand, 'r ivQ }?undred and no/, OC-----
Dollars (S 37,500.00------)
covering property in the County of St. L:leie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, end doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
