O'NEILL, Plaintiff , vs DAVID MICHA.Eh SEDLIR and BONNIB LOU SEDLIR, hia wife, and PAUL E. BANES and BARBARA H. BANES, his wife, Defendants. FINAL JUDGMENT THIS CAUSE having come to trial before the Cour-t on the 28th day of February, 1979, and the Court having considered the testimony, evidence and arguments of Counsel, the Court finds and determines: That the Plaintiff and her deceased husband had a right to contract with the Defendants to sell the subject real property, which contract was admitted in evidence as Plaintiff's Exhibit No. 2, because Plaintiff and her said husband, were them- selves purchasers under that certain Agreement from Sylvester V. Culbertson and Clara Culbertson, his wife, entered into evidence as Plaintiff's Exhibit No. 3; that the defendants, DAVID MICHAEL SEDLIR and BONNIE LOU SEDLIR, his wife, and PAUL E. RAKES and BARBARA R. BANES, his wife, are indebted to the Plaintiff, LUELLA e J. O'NEiLL, under the terms and F~ovisions of the promissory ~ note admitted into evidence as Plaintiff's Exhibit No. 1, in t the amount of $9,650.00 as of August 6, 1974, together with interest thereon from said date to the date of trial at the { rate of 8 percent per annum, plus reasonable attorneys fees; that the Defendants, DAVID MICHAEL SEDLIR and BONNIE LOU SEDLIR, his wife, owe the Plaintiff, LUELLA J. O'NEILL, the sum of $150.00 ~ plus 6 percent interest per annum on said amount from September 30, 1976, to reimburse Plaintiff for payment of the 1975 real estate taxes on the real property which is the subject matter of this action; that if the Defendants fail to deliver the abstracts of title to the Plaintiff of the real property which is the subject matter of this action, as set forth herein, the ~ Plaintiff shall be entitled to recover the cost of reproducing ,F i -
