HomeMy WebLinkAbout1527 A. Plaintiff at her expense shall have ninety (90) days from the date hereof to clear title with respect to any interest of Sylvester V. Culbertson, Deceased, by either con- ducting probate proceedings in St. Lucie County, Florida, for said decedant or recording the following documents in the public records of 3t. Lucie County, Florida: certified copy of the death certificate for said decedant; non-tax certificate or proof of satisfaction of estate tax liability from the State of Florida with respect to said decedent's estate; and Affidavit of Con- tinuous Marriage for said decedant and Clara Culbertson, verifying continuous maintenance of their marital relationship from the date they acquired title to the above-described real property to the date of death of said decedant. B. Plaintiff, at her expense, shall have ninety (90) days from the date hereof to conduct probate proceedings for Lacy B. Aubbard, Deceased, in St. Lucie County, Florida, and record in the public records of said County, Quit Claim Deeds from any and all persons, firms or corporations found to be devisees or heirs of said decedant by virtue of such probate proceedings or to conduct a Quiet Title Action for the benefit of the Defendants, DAVID MiCAAEL SEDLIR and BONNiE LOU SEDLiR, his wife, against any heirs, devisees or other persons claiming t any interest in the above-described real property, by, through, 4 E under or against Lacy B. Hubbard, Deceased. i 3. After such time as title is cleared for the benefit t ~ of said Defendants, subject to Plaintiff's vendor's lien, the r ~ Defendants shall have forty-five days to pay all the obligations found due and owin in this Final Jud ent to the laintiff and g gn? P in the event any such obligations are not paid within that { -fortyfive day period, then the above described property shall ~ be sold at public sale by the Clerk of the Court in accordance with F.S. 45.031.
