of the other lindinga made herein, the same ba and is hereby
dismissed With prejudice.
5. As to Count N of Plaintiff's Complaint, the
Defendants, DAViO MICHAEL SEDLIIC and BONNIE LOU SEDLIR, are
hereby found to be indebted to the Plaintiff in the amount of
$150.00 as of September 30, 1976, together with interest thereon
from said date at the rate of 6 percent per-annum to the date of
trial equalling $21.75, for a total sum of $171.75, which total
sum shall bear interest thereon from the date of trial at the
legal rate of 8 percent per annum until paid; which obligation
shall be added to the obligations previously found to be subject
to the vendor's lien on the above described property in favor of
the Plaintiff; and which obligation shall be due and payable
forty-five days after the Plaintiff clears title to the above-
described property or paid from the proceeds of the aforesaid
Clerk's sale, if the same occurs.
6. As to CouDt V of Plaintiff's Complaint, the
Defendants are hereby ordered to deliver to the Plaintiff within
thirty (30) days from the date hereof those certain abstracts of
title for-the above-described real property admitted in evidence
at trial as Defendant's Exhibit No. 2. At such time as Plaintiff's
F vendor's lien is satisfied in full, Plaintiff shall redeliver

~ the aforesaid abstracts to the Defendants. In the event the
Defendants fail to deliver the aforesaid abstracts to Plaintiff
~ as set forth herein, then Defendants shall pay to the Plaintiff
the sum of $85.00 within thirty (30) days; which obligation shall
be added to the obligations previously found to be subject to
the vendor's lien on the above-described property in favor of the
Plaintiff; and which obligation shall be payable from the proceeds
of the aforesaid Clerk's sale, if the same occurs.
7. As to the Counter-Claim filed on behalf of the
Defendants herein against the Plaintiff, in light of the findings
K of the Court, the same be and is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
