COMES NOW the parties to this action, by and through their
undersigned attorneys, and stipulate and agree to the following terms:
1. That this case and Case No. 78-557-CA, both in this
Court and involving the same parties and real property, shall be
consolidated and tried under Case No. 78-557-CA.
2. That this case is at issue and that they waive any

and all statutory and procedural time requirements for the setting ,
of this cause for non-jury trial.
3. That this cause be set for non-jury trial.
4. That the Motion for Default filed herein by the Plaintiffs
