This cause came on for non-jury trial before the Court on
January 16, 1979, and the Court having considered the pleadings and
evidence herein and arguments of counsel, and the Court being duly
advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. This Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter hereof
and the parties; that the equities are with the plaintiff and
against the defendants and each of them, and that the plaintiff has
- proved all the material allegations of its complaint by the greater
weight of the evidence.

2. Plaintiff, TRI-COUNTY ACCEPTANCE CORP., is due $5,121.08

as principal, $294:60 as interest to date of trial, $50.51 as
interest from the date of trial to date of this judgment, $1,000.00
' for attorneys fees with $97.00 court costs now taxed, under the
note and wort a e sued on in this action makin a total sum of

$6,563.19.
3. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to
any claim or estate of defendants, E. E. CARiHON, DEMAR SI\GLETON, _
ESTELLA SINGLETON and ENDS JONES, all d/b/a CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH,
a/k/a CALVARY MISSIONARY BAPTIST CIIURC~~, INC., on the following
