On the evidence presented, it is ~ s ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. As to Count II, the Plaintiff, PORT ST. LUCIE BANK, recover from the Defendant, ROBERT C. AMANN, individually, the sum of Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-three dollars and sixteen cents ($15,563.16) for principal, interest to date of the Final Bearing, attorney's fees and Court costs. 2. As to Count III, that Plaintiff, PORT ST. LUCIE BANK, .recover from Defendant, ROBERT C. AMANN, individually, the sum of Forty-Two Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-two dollars and ~ twenty cents ($42,892.20), which includes principal, interest to ' date of the Final Hearing, attorney's fees and Court costs. 3. Let execution issue for the aforesaid sums due to R the Plaintiff from the Defendant, ROBERT C. AMANN, indidually. 4. The Court finds that the Defendant, ROBERT C. AMANN, is responsible on the continuing guarantee which is Plaintiff's Exhibit No. 12 in this cause for the debts of R-CAM HOMES, INC., Y; to the r.~aximum extent of Twenty-five Thousand dollars ($25,000.00), less the amount of Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-three dollars and sixteen cents ($15,563.16), and that this potential liability e; on the continuing guarantee constitutes a limit of liability in any further proceedings by the Plaintiff for a deficiency judgment ° ~ 3U5 ~ 153 90GK 4f,E
