IT appearing from the evidence preseated this March 16, 1979, that
Respondent TBEODORS R. GILCHRIST is once again gainfully employed, it is
ORDERED that THEODORB R. GILCHRIST is to resume regular child support
payments each and every week of $10.00 for each child for a total of $30.00 a
week, plus statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. If Respondent fails to make payments
each and every week commencing Friday, March 23, 1979, upon Written affidavit of
the Petitioner, he shall be required to serve SIXTY (60) days in the St. Lucie County
Jail.
FURTHER, it is the Court's finding that Respondent is in arrears $1,479.00
and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that the arrearage is to be paid from any settlements and/
