That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration to the sum of Ten
Dollars and other good and valuable considerations to ti~em in hand paid by the

per the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Record Book 302, pages 1250 through 1326, Public Records cf St. Lucie
County, Florida.
THIS Conveyance is subject to an by accepting this Deed the Party (s) of the
Second Part do hereby agree to assume tl~e following:
1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.

run with the land. The Grantee(s) assumes the Obligation of member
of said Property Owner's Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall insure to and be binding upon tl~e heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
The Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all the premises hereby conveyed

against all and every person(s) whomsover, ]awfully claiming by, through or under
the Grantor herein; and wilt defend the samc> against the lawful claims of such persons
claiming by, through or under the said Grantor, as well as the lawful claims of all
