State of Florida, in Official Records Book 292, Page 163, mortgaged unto THE FIRST
NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, national association and assigns, Mortgagee, the
premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of 'THREE

therein mentioned; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a Uniform Commercial Code Financin;
Statement filed on August 16, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 292 at Page
16:.8, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a Uniform Commercial Code Financing
Statement filed on September 8, 1978, with the Secretarg of State, State of Flaridg,
unde^ File No. 929816; and
WHEREAS, the said HUTCHINSON LSLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP has
requested the said THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO to release the
premises hereinafter described, being pare. of said mortgaged premises, from the lisn
