THIS CAUSE has been considered by this Court upo~E'C1e ~
Petition of KENNETH THOMAS, Personal P.epresentative of the
above estate, and the Court having deterriined that it is in
the best interests of the estate that certain assets of the
estate be sold in order to facilitate the distribution of the
estate to the beneficiaries, that the best interests of the
estate will be served by a sale of the property at a privatg
sale and that the sale should be for the sum of $13,000.00 in
