THIS CAUSE having come before me on the motion of

VIKING COMMUNITIES CORPORATION, now known as COMMUNITIES
~ FINANCIAL CORPORATION, Third Party Defendant/Counter-

~ plaintiff for discharge of the principal, COMMINITIES FINAN-
CIAL CORPORATION, and surety, MIAMI NATIONAL BANK, and
release of the letter of credit no. 193 posted as a super-
sedeas bond in connection with an appeal of this Court's
final judgment dated April 20, 1977, and it appearing that

of Appeal on February 21, 1979, the mandate having been
