1. That said Motion be and the same is hereby
granted. -
2. That the Order of July 18, 1978, entered
pursuant to the Stipulation for Supersedeas dated July 1,
1977 setting a supersedeas bond in the amount of THIRTY
THOUSAND ($30,000.00) DOLLARS for which letter of credit no.
193 was accepted and deposited .with the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, be and the same is hereby, vacated and set aside; and
the principal and surety are hereby discharged and the Clerk
of the Circuit Court is hereby authorized to release to -
VIKING COMMUNITIES CORPORATION, now known as COMMUNITIES
FINANCIAL CORPORATION the said letter of credit posted in
connection with said supersedeas bond.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers, at Fort Pierce, St.
Lucie County, Florida, this ~ °
