KENNETH ZELSDORF, Husband
and
DELLA ZELSDORF, Wife
ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF
This cause coming on to be heard on Friday, March 16,
1979 on those portions of the Wife's Amended Petition filed
herein seeking temporary relief, and the Court having heard
testimony of the parties and argument of counsel for the res-
pective parties and being fully advised, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife, Della Zelsdorf, shall have the
temporary care and custody of the minor child, Kenneth Eric
Zelsdorf, reserving. to the Husband reasonable rights of visitation.
2. That the Wife, Della Zelsdorf, and the minor
~ child shall have the exclusive use. and possession of the marital
home located at 948 Tangelo Terrace, Ft. Pierce, Florida until
's
further order of this Court.
3. The Husband, Kenneth Zelsdorf, shall remove
himself from the marital dwelling by six p.m. on Sunday, March
18, 1979.
4. Commencing Wednesday, March 21, 1979 the
Husband, Kenneth Zelsdorf, shall pay to the Wife, Della Zelsdorf,
the sum of $20 each week as support for the minor child. Each
payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court and by him remitted
promptly to the Wife, Della Zelsdorf, 948 Tangelo Terrace, Ft.
Pierce, Florida. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of
