$2 statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
• Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this Order is in effect.
5. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
