the above captioned estate, and hereby files her Schedule of Dis-
tribution of the assets of this estate as follows:
Unto ROSE MARIE OXFORD, the following:
1. That certain mortgage dated September 22, 1976, filed in '
Official Records Book 9646, Page 1826 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, encumbering the following described
property, to-wit:
The North ~ of the East ~ of Tract 26, MILLER DRIVE
ESTATES, in Section 29, Township 54 South, Range 40
East, as recorded in Plat Book 46, at Page 37 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
2. Two lots in St. Lucie, Florida, legally described as follows:
Lots 27 and 28, Block 106 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION
27, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof,. re-
corded in Plat Book 14, Page 5 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

3. Cash in the sum of $1,000.00 from First Federal Savings &
Loan Association Savings Account.
~ 4. Proceeds from a life insurance policy with Metropolitan Life
Insurance Company.
