PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED

THIS INDENTURE, executed on this ,day of March ,
1979, between ROSE MARIE OXFORD, as Personal Representative of the
ESTATE OF ROSE DE AGOSTINO, Deceased. hereinafter called the
party of the first part, and ROSE MARIE OXFORD, hereinafter called

Miami, Florida.
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other
good and valuable considerations, to her in hand paid by the party
of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
has granted, bargained and sold unto the said party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns, forever, all of the rights, title and
