PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE S'DEED ~

THIS INDENTURE, executed the day of ~E%~iP~`~9.ey ~
19 79 between VIRGINIA FINNEY and THOMAS DuBOSE T-
as personal representative of~the Estate of PEARL DuBOSE,
deceased, Party of the First Part, and VIRGINIA FINNEY and THOMAS
DuBOSE, 2510 Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450,
Party of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H
Party of the First Part., pursuant to the Will of decedent
and in consideration of the premises, the sum of $10.00 and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, conveys and, confirms to theParty of the
Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
The West 150 feet of Lot 17, MARAVILLA SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 7, page
31, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, TOGETHER WITH the West 7.5 feet of
vacated alley adjacent on the East.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second
Part, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with
~ the Party of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that
