Personally appeared before me the undersigned authority PAULINE R.
ANDERSON, who after being duly sworn, upon her oath deposes and says
the following:
1. That she hae been the fee title owner of the real property
later described herein since February 25th 1977.
2. That, due to a Scrivener's error in the original conveyance
of said real property in approximately 1952, the legal description
ran as follows:
Begin on the Northeasterly line of Ormond Avenue, at a point
which is 12 feet Northwesterly from the common corner of Lots
21 and 20, of Block 52, of BILT1rDRE PARK, as per plat thereof
of said subdivision, on file in Plat Book 4, Page 52, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence run Northwesterly
along said line of Ormond Avenue, 66 feet to a point 24.2 feet
Northwesterly from the common comer of Lots 22 and 21, of
said Block 52, thence Northeasterly at right angles to said ,
line of Ormond Avenue, to Northeasterly (rear) line of said
Lot 22, thence Southeasterly along the rear line of said Lots
22 and 21 a distance of 66 feet; thence Southeasterly at right
angles to said rear line of .Lots 22 and 21, approximately 144.6
feet to point of beginning.
3. That, the correct legal description is, in fact, as follows:
Begin on the Northeasterly line of Ormond Avenue, at a point
which is 12 feet Northwesterly from the common corner of Lots -
21 and 20, of Block 52, of BILTrDRE PARK, as per plat thereof
of said subdivision, on file in Plat Book 4, Page 52, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence run Northwesterly
along said line of Ormond Avenue, 66 feet to a point 24.2 feet
Northwesterly from the common comer of Lots 22 and 21, of said
Block 52, thence Northeasterly at right angles to said line of -
Ormond Avenue, to Northeasterly (rear) line of said Lot 22,
thence Southeasterly along the rear line of said Lots 22 and 21
a distance of 66 feet; thence Southwest~ly at right angles to said
rear line of Lots 22 and 21, approximately 144.6 feet to point of
