Before me, a duly commissioned and qualified notary public, in and for
the Canal Zone at Fort Amador, Canal Zone, personally appeared SSG RICHARD A .
SWEET, United States Army, SSAN: 22874-2649. and being duly sworn according
to law deposes and says the followir~:
1. That on 15 December 1978 he executed a General Power of Attorney
bo his wife, JUDITH S . SWEET .
2. That said power of attorney was validated for a period of one (1) year -
unless sooner terminated .
3 . That the power of attorney has not been terminated .
4. That his wife, JUDITH S . SWEET was acting pursuant to said power of
j attorney in executing papers relating to the purchase of property at 602 South 22d
Street, Fort Pierce. Florida.
