IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
I, ABRAHAM I. KANTOR, of the Township of Livingston, i
County of Essex, and State of New Jersey, being of sound and ~ `
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish, and
declare this to be my Last j,Till and Testament, in the manner
and. form following, hereby revoking any former Wills and Codi-
cils by me made:
FIRST: I direct my Executors hereinafter named to
pay and satisfy all my just debts, funeral and testamentary
expenses as soon as can be conveniently done after my decease,
save only such debts as may be secured by mortgages on my real
estate.
SECOND: (A) Should my beloved wife, JE_ANETTE KANTOR,
Z~ survive me, and should I be the owner~of our residence in the

\ Township of Livingston; New Jersey, or any other residential
~ ~ property constituting our principal or seasonal residence,
irrespective of where located and whether same be a separate
dwelling, cooperative apartment, or condominium, I give, devise,
` and bequeath all of my right, title and interest in such resi-

u deuce or residences to my said beloved wife, JEANETTE KANTOR,
subjec t to any and all mortgage debts due or to become due
thereon, and the interest thereon.
EA (B) If my beloved wife, JEANETTE KANTOR,
