SOBEL, to my nephew JACK SOBEL, and to my nephew STEVEN
SOBEL (all presently of Livingston, Ne:,~ Jersey), szme to
be subdivided into equal shares among them;
(C) One Part to my sister-in-law DORIS
PILGER, to my nephew BRUCE PILGER, and to my niece SHARON
PILGER (all presently of Elizabeth, New Jersey), same to
be subdivided into equal shares among them; ~
(D) One Part to u~y brother-in-law, MARVIN
HAFTEL, presently of Palo Alto, California;
(E) One Part to my mother-in-law, ROSE
HAFTEL, presently of Bloomfield, New Jersey;
provided further, that if any of the beneficiaries named in
Subparagraphs (B) or (C) above are not living when the provi-

sions of this paragraph become applicable and effective, his or
her share shall be distributed, in equal shares if more than
one, to or for the benefit of the other named beneficiaries
within such subparagraph; and if alI the named beneficiaries
within either of said Subparagraphs (B) and (C) be then deceased .

In the event that when the provisions of
this paragraph become applicable and effective, none of the
benefic iaries named in either Subparagraph (B) or (C) above is
living and there are then no living children of said named bene-
