NINTH: If none of the persons identified in Paragraph
EIGHTH is living when the provisions of such paragraph become
applicable and effective, the principal and accumulated income
then remaining shall be distributed to those persons entitled
to take under the laws of New Jersey, applied as if I had died
intestate at that time, and such principal and accumulated in-
come then undistributed were my estate; provided, however, that
under no circumstances shall either of my sisters, LIBBY (LIL-
LIAN) GINSBERG or IUA BLOCK, or any of their issue, take under
this paragraph, and as and if applicable, same shall be con-
s trued as if none of such persons were then in fact surviving.
TENTH: If, pursuant to any paragraph of this Will, all
or any part of my estate shall vest in absolute ownership in a
beneficiary or benefic caries then under age twenty-one (21) or
if, at the termination of any trust created by this Will, all or
any part of the principal of such trust shall vest in absolute
ownership in a beneficiary or beneficiaries then under age
twenty-one (21), I authorize and empower my Executors, or, as
a the case may be, Trustees, in their discretion, to hold the-
property so vested in such beneficiary, or any part thereof, in
a separate fund for his or her benefit, notwithstanding that such
,property may consist of investments not authorized by law for
trust funds, and to invest and reinvest the same, collect the
.1 income therefrom, and, until such beneficiary shall have attained
age twenty-one (21), to apply so much or all of the principal

thereof and so much of the net income therefrom and any accumu-
lated income to the support, education, and maintenance of such

beneficiary, as my Executors or Trustees shall see fit, and to
