i years, and thereupon to pay over the then principal, together ~ i
with any accumulated income, to such beneficiary, and if such

beneficiary shall die before attaining the age of twenty-one
years, then upon the death of such beneficiary, the then princi-
pal, together with any accumulated income, shall be paid cver to
the estate of such beneficiary. The authority conferred upon my
Executors and Trustees by this paragraph shall be construed ss a
power only, and shall not operate to suspend the absolute owner-
ship of such property by such beneficiary or to prevent the abso-
lute vesting thereof in such beneficiary. With respect to any
such property which shall vest in absolute ownership.in a bene-
ficiary under age twenty-one (21), but which shall be held by my
Executors or Trustees as authorized in this paragraph, my Exe-
cutors and Trustees shall have all the powers conferred by the
provisions of this Will.
ELEVENTH: All trusts which come into effect or might
come into effect under my Will, shall, unless sooner terminated
under the terms of my Will, be terminated twenty-one years after -

4 my death, or the death of my wife, JEANETTE KAI~TOR, or the death
of my son, EDWARD KANTQR, whichever of the foregoing deaths shall
• last occur, it being my intention that the principal of my estate

shall be fully distributed within that time. In the event that
V any trust under my Will be terminated under and by virtue of this
~ paragraph prior to the time otherwise prescribed for such terr~i-
nation, the corpus thereof, together with any accumulated income,
~ shall be distributed to those takers, in such proportions,~and

- N ~ otherwise in such manner as would obtain were the required date
of termination hereunder substituted for the date of termination

~ otherwise applicable.

TWELFTH: (A) To the extent permitted by law, and
