FIFTEENTH: The provisions made for my wife, JEANETTE
KANTOR, in this Will shall be in lieu of dower and all other
rights of whatever nature, whether statutory or otherwise, which
she may have against my estate passing under this Will and any
righC of election to take against this Will a
SIXTEENTH: If my wife, JEANETTE KANTOR, and I should
die under such circumstances Chat the .order of our deaths cannot
be established by.proof, it shall be conclusively presumed for
all purposes of this Will that my wife survived me.
SEVENTEENTH: I hereby give and grant to my Executors
and Trustees, and the survivor or survivors. and the successor
or successors of them, the following-power and authority, which
maybe exercised by them in either or both capacities, at any
time and from time to Cime, as they shall, in their absolute
discretion, deem advisable:
(A) To hold and retain all or any part
of the property comprising my estate at the time of my
decease, or received by my Trustees from my Executors, as

~ long as they may deem advisable, notwithstanding that the

E same may not be permitted by law for the investment of
trust funds;
(B) To invest and reinvest any funds
in my estate or any Crust created hereby, in any property.
real or personal, .including, without limitation, mutual
- funds, stocks, and other securities of any nature, without

(C) To make any loans, either secured
