as they may determine, and to delegate any discretion which
they may deem advisable;
.(L) To compzomise any future taxes with
the proper office or authority of the State or Federal

or remainder portion of my estate, and to pay the amount
so fixed and determined;
~ (M) To exercise all of their power and
authority, including any discretion, conferred in this
Will, with respect to any accumulations of income under

~ power in trust in this Will;
