IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR
ST. LUCIE COUNTY; FLORIDA. ~
PROBATE DIVISION
FILE NO. 77-146
IN RE: Estate of
ELLA BRANTLEY,
Deceased.
t
i
PETITION FOR ORDER OF DISCHARGE
Comes now ARPHA CHATMAN, Personal Representative, by
and through her undersigned attorney, and attaches copies of
deeds recorded, distributing the property in the estate of ELLA
BRANTLEY, deceased, and says:
1. That receipts have been obtained from a majority
of the heirs.
2. That the time for filing any objections or contests
has expired.
3. That because of the relationship of the parties and
the history of this cause, it is not anticipated that receipts
will be obtained from the remainder of the heirs, despite requests
therefor.
4. Since examination of the Will shows distribution of
I
the property to be the only asset to which those non-receipting
` heirs are entitled, and the public records show the deeds are re-
corded, the Personal Representative prays that, distribution having
~ been shown, that she will be discharged and the estate closed.
