Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; run thence
Westerly along the South line of Lots 1 and 2 a distance of
540.5 feet to the Point of Beginning, from said Point of
Beginning run Northerly parallel to the West line of
Lot 3 of said Subdivision a distance of 409.3 feet more or
less to a point lying 220 feet South of the North line of
S 1/2 of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of said Subdivision; thence run
Westerly parallel to the North line of the S 1/2 of said
Lots 1, 2 and 3 a distance of 150 feet to a point; thence
run Southerly parallel to the West line of said Lot 3, a
distance of 409.3 feet more or less, to a point on the
South line of said Lot 3; thence run Easterly along the ,
South line of~said Lots 2 and 3 a distance of 150 feet more
or less to the Point of Beginning.

FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE
in the original principal amount-of $30,000 dated May 21,
1974 and recorded in Official Record Book 228 at Page 621
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Floridµ, which
mortgage and the indebtedness secured thereby grantee
expressly assumes and agrees to pay.
