BEFORE ME the undersigned authority personally appeared,
Howard Shields ,who first being duly sworn on oath
deposes and says as follows:
1, That Atfient's name is Howard Shields ;
he is the Executive Vice President of Stuart National Bank
and has full and rightful authority to execute this Affidavit on behalf of
Stuart National Bank.
2, Stuart National Bank is the holder of a mortgage lien dated June
2, 1978, recorded at 0. R. Book 288, page 1197 of the public records of '
St. Lucie County, Florida, wheretn Victory Construction Inc. is the mortgagor,
3, Said mortgage lien was not tntended to cover the above described

real property and to fact does not cover same and by virtue of this Afft- -
davit, Stuart National Bank releases and quit claims any rtght, title,
interest or claim which might or could be to the subject real property by
virtue of said n~artgage, -
