The follaving described utility easements all iie in part of lawnwood
Addition Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 16, Saint Lucie County,
Flo rida, being more particularly known as Phase One of "The Pines of Fort
Pierce." All of the following legal descriptions describe the centerline - s
of a 12-foot wide utility easement and all commence at a common Point "A,"
said Point being at the intersection of the southerly right-of-way of
Kentucky Avenue with the westerly right-of-way of South 13th Street Canal t
and lying 55 feet west of the centerline of South 13th Street.
