NOTICE IS GIVEN that a suit was instituted in the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the day of

C. THOMAS and ROSE THOMAS, et al, Defendants. .

The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece
p of land situated, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,

more particularly described as follows:

That part of the South 236.41 feet of the North 954.91
feet of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 28, Township
34 South, Range 40 East, lying west of the right of way
of the Florida East Coast Railway Company, and lying east
of the eastern right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 1,
excepting therefrom that part conveyed to CARL J. JOHNSON
et ux in Deed Book 137, page 85 and excepting that part
conveyed to JOHN E. SUTTON and PAULINE E. SUTTON, his wife,
as in Deed Book 176, page 206 St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records; and also excepting therefrom all rights
of way for public roads, ditches and utility lines.
The relief sought in and by this suit is the foreclosure

of a mortgage encumbering the above. described property and the
decreeing of a sale of the property under the direction of the
A Court in default of payment of the amount found to be due the ~
Plaintiff under the mortgage, and for other and further and general
