following described property in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
€ That part of the South 236.41 feet of the North 954.91
feet of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 28, Township
~ 34 South, Range 40 East, lying west of the right of way
of the Florida East Coast Railway Company, and lying
east of the eastern right of way line of U. S. Highway
No. 1, excepting therefrom that part conveyed to CARL J.
JOHNSON et ux in Deed Book 137, page 85 and excepting
that part conveyed to JOHN E. SUTTON and PAULINE E. SUTTON,
his wife, as in Deed Book 176, page 206 St. Lucie~County, Florida,
public records; and also excepting therefrom all rights of ~
way for public r-oads, ditches and utility lines. ~
