This matter having come to be heard on February 23,

1979 on the Wife's Petition seeking temporary relief, and

'i the Wife having appeared with counsel, and the husband having
not appeared although duly served with Notice of Hearing, and
~I the Court having heard the evidence and being fully advised j
in the premises, until further Order of this Court, it is hereby ~

~r ORDERED AND ADJUDGED

~ i~ 1. That the Wife shall have custody of the minor

I i~ ~ ~
I children and the Husband shall have reasonably rights of -
F ~
~ visitation therewith so long as he appears for such visitation
j
in a sober and unintoxicated condition; and the wife shall refuse
' ~
;i the husband visitation with such minor children if the husband f
- ~
i~ appears in an intoxicated condition.

~f `2. That the Husband shall pay to the Clerk of the ~ t
Circuit Court, Saint Lucie County, Florida, the sum of $50.00
_ ~ per week per child as support for such minor children, as well
1i as the sum of $2.OC as statutory costs to be aided to each
payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
` ~
i~ cash, money order, or cashier's check. Both of the parties
z~ ~ .
j are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
i
mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order
~
