This cause dime before the Court upon the Plaintiff's
Complaint upon a Promissory Note in the face amount of TWO HUNDRED
NINETEEN AND 14/100 ($:'.19.14) DOLLARS, dated 20 January 1976. and
upon an open account having a balance of ONE THOUSAND EIGHTY-FOUR
AND 18/100 ($1,084.18) DOLLARS due since 15 March 1976. Upon the
evidence presented it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. There is due and owing to Plaintiff by Defendant
upon the foregoing Promissory .Note the principal sum of TWO HUNDRED
NINETEEN AND 14/100 ($119.14) DOLLARS, plus interest thereon from
20 January 1976 to 15 March 1979, in the amount of SIXTY-TWO AND
09/100 ($62.09) DOLLARS. There is further due to Plaintiff the .
sum of ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) as reasonable attorney's fees incurred
j by Plaintiff in bringing suit for collection of 'said Promissory
Note. The total due Plaintiff from Defendant on said Promissory
a Note is the sum of THRLE HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE AND 23/100 ($381.23)
DOLLARS for which sum judgment is hereby entered against Defendant,
~ ARLEY P. 'MATCH, d/b/a HATCHCO CONSTRUCTION CO. and in favor of
Plaintiff, AULT'S APPLIANCES, INC.
2. There is due and owing Plaintiff by Defendant the
sum of ONE THOUSAND EIGHTY-FOUR AND 18/100 ($1,084.18) DOLLARS
on open account. plus interest in the amount of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-
SIX AND 58/100 ($196.58) DOLLARS as interest thereon since 15
March 1976 to 15 March 1979, together totalling the sum of ONE
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SI~:VENTY-NINE AND 33/100 ($1,279.33) DOLLARS.
for which sum judgment is entered against Defendant. ARLEY P.
HATCH, d/b/a iIATCHCO COt~STRUCTION CO. and in favor of Plaintiff,
AULT'S APPLIANCES, INC.
