SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
HOLLYWOOD a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of America, holder
of a certain mortgage given by George Richardson and Elaine Richardson, his wife of
570 W. Sandhurst Dr., No.-118, Roseville, Minn. 55113,
to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF HOLLYWOOD, bearing date the 25th day of
February A.D. 19 78 recorded in Official Record Book ~ 287 page ~ 2651
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of
Florida; given to secure the sum of
THIRTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY AND NO/100 --------($13,960.00)--------- Aollars,
evidenced by one certain note, upon the following described property, situate, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to wit:
A 0.1538X undivided interest in fee simple absolute as tenant in common
in the certain real property described in the Master Form Deed of
Turtle Reef Condominiums 1, recorded in Official Record Book 263,
Page 2002, sub3ect to divestment as set forth in said Master Form
Deed and upon such divestment an interval ownership consisting of
Unit Weeks 5, 6, 7 and 8 in Condominium D-17 consisting of
Apartment Number D-17, and its undivided share of the common
elements of Turtle Reef Condominiums 1, as such is described in
said Master Form Deed.
*Said Mortgage assigned to HOME FIDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF HOLLYWOOD
by instrument dated May. 19, 1978 and recorded in 0. R. Book 287, Page 2655,
Official Records of St. Lucie County.
has received full payment of said indebtedness, and does hereby acknowledge satisfaction
of said mortgage, and hereby directs the Clerk of the Circuit Court to cancel the same
of record. -

Assistant Secretary this 15th day.of March A.D. 1979
