'n order:
2. ORDER. WHEREFORE, the court makes the follows g
A. The defendants, and each of them, are temporarily
enjoined from using the corporate name, MYLEE HO.'rIES, INC., or any
similar name to MYELLE HOMES, INC., either in their corporate name
or in their business operations.
B. The defendants are allowed to operate under another
corporate name or individual names which are not similar to the
plaintiff corporation's name.
C. MYELLE HOMES, INC., is temporarily, during the pendency
of this action, placed in possession of the model home located on
Port St. Lucie Blvd., rlore particularly described as:
Lot 16, Block 700, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION EIGHTEEN,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 13, page 17 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
D. The bank accounts of MYELLE H02aiES, INC., are frozen.
That is, neither the plaintiff, MYRA BIANCO, nor the defendants,

ELLEN GUTERL, GENE GUTERL, nor MYLEE HOMES, INC., are allowed to

E withdraw checks or pay any accounts from said bank account. During
the pendency of this action, RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., is to accept all

r receipts of Plaintiff corporation and pay all bills of plaintiff
~ corporation from said receipts out of his trust account. Richard
_ D. Sneed, Jr., is to account for all receipts and expenditures during ~

the pendency of this action to the attorney for the defendants, ~

BEN L. BRYAN, JR.
E. MYELLE HOi+iES, INC., is directed to transfer within five
days of the date of this order, one-half of the stock in said
cor oration to the defendant, ELLEN GUTERL. The plaintiff, .dYRA BIANCO,

and the defendant, ELLEN GUTL•RL, shall own equal numbers of shares in
the stock of the plaintiff corporation. Neither party shall transfer
their stock to another individual during the pendency of this action.
F. The court makes no order as to the transfer of
lots from i4YLEE HO:~iES, INC. , or ELLEN GUTERL to riYELLE HO,1ES, INC.
