G. The court makes no order relative to the transfer of
existing contracts from MYLEE HOMES, INC., to MYELLE HOMES, INC.
H. The court makes no order relative to the freezing of
the bank accounts of MYLEE HOMES, INC.
I. MYELLE HOMES, INC., and MYLEE HOMES, INC., are directed
to, within thirty days of the date of this order, deliver to each other
copies of all of their books, accounts, and cancelled checks, bank
statements, all other accounting records, each to the other. The
original records of each corporation shall remain either in the custody
of the attorneys involved, or a CPA or other accountant used by
said attorneys in making an accounting of the two corporations.
J. The defendant corporation shall have twenty days within
which to change its name.
h. Within five days of the date 'of this order, MYELLE HOMES,
INC., shall contact Mr. Durward Gebbie relative to his purchase
of a home-from MYELLE HOMES, INC. If possible, at terms favorable to
MYELLE HOAiES, INC., said corporation shall sell the home to Air. Gebbie.
L. Plaintiff, MYRA BIANCO, is to continue to manage
MYELLE HO_~iES, INC., during the pendency of this action, and will
receive reasonable compensation for such management to be determined
by the court at a later date.
ti. The defendants shall have five days from the date

of this order to remove their personal belongings and personal
records from the model home on Port St. Lucie Boulevard. When-said
items are removed, MYRA BIANCO, or her representative or attorney
is to be present, so that inventory can be taken as to what is
removed and a receipt received from the defendants for said items.
3. BOIJD. There is no necessity for a bond in this case in
that each of the parties waived their right to have such a bond

set. Said waivers shall not be construed as waiving damages which
might result if the temporary injunction is wrongfully entered.
4. FURTHER ORDER. The plaintiffs are required to inform the.

public, or other third parties of the location of defendant corporation,

including defendant corporation's new telephone .number and address,
