THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before me this
date upon the pleadings and Affidavits filed herein, and the
application of the plaintiff for entry of a Final Judgment of
Foreclosure, upon consideration it is hereby,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the subject
matter hereof and the parties hereto. The equities are with
the Plaintiff, and against the Defendants;
BRUCE PARKER, a/k/a BUD PARKER and SUSAN PARKER, his
wife; LAKE WORTH RACQUET AND SWIM CLUB, a/k/a Lake
Worth Racquet Club, Inc.; ROBERT STABE and FLORENCE
STABE, his wife; and FLORIDA BANK OF FT. PIERCE.
2. There is due to the Plaintiff upon the note and
