9. Upon confirmation of the sale, whether by the
Clerk filing the Certificate of Title herein or by Order of
the Court ruling upon objections to the sale, the Defendants,
and any and all persons claiming by, through, or under the
Defendants, since the 26th day of October, 1978, the date of
the filing of the Lis Pendens herein, are forever barred and
foreclosed of and from all right, title, interest, claim or
demand of any kind or nature whatsoever in and to the property
herein described, and the purchaser at the sale, his
representatives or assigns, shall be let into possession of
the property.
