The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, Emily Harper Spinks, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the 14th day of January, 1978,
and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on February 15, 1978.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account and ~
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
Personal Representative. -
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by

making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims

and debts that were presented and .by paying or making provision ~
€ for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration. q

4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be
