as the named personal representative. Petitioner name and
address are ALICE J. WHITMIRE LEWIS, 357 N. W. Curtis Street,
Port St. Lucie, Florida, and the name and address of Petitioner's

- 2. Decedent, FRANCES L. FLETCHER, whose last known address
was 795 Sandia Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida, whoseage was
years, and whose social security number is 280-28-1392, died.
on March 16, 1979, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time
of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries -
